Tuition and Fees
Tuition for the 2021-22 school year is $11,850 per student. Additionally, there is a non-refundable tuition deposit/enrollment fee per student. Breakdown of tuition and fees below:

*The non-refundable enrollment fee is $600 per student. There is a discount of $100 if enrolled by February 28. In addition to the $600 enrollment fee, there is a fee of $50 if enrolled after June 1. See the breakdown below:
Non-refundable enrollment fee
- $500 (Early Enrollment) if paid on or before February 28
- $600 if paid between March 1 – May 31
- $650 (Late Enrollment) if paid on or after June 1
Tuition does not include the cost of textbooks, electronic devices, uniforms, course fees, pay-to-play fees for participating in sports, academic and performance teams, field trips, class retreats, or other activities.
Senior fee: $450 due July 1.
The senior fee covers the cost of the senior retreat and costs associated with graduation (cap, gown, diploma, flowers, etc.) Transcripts will be released by St. Catherine of Siena Academy when all financial obligations are met. Seniors will be allowed to participate in graduation activities and receive a diploma once all financial obligations are met.
Tuition Discounts Available
Pay-in-full discount
• $350 discount per student if tuition is paid in full on or before July 1, 2021. To receive the discount, FACTS accounts must be set up by June 20, 2021, with full payment received by SCA on or before July 1, 2021.
Sibling discounts available:
• 1st daughter = full tuition/no discount
• 2nd daughter = $500 discount
• 3rd daughter = $500 discount
Tuition Payment Plans
The first tuition installment is due by July 1, 2021. Payment plans may be set up through FACTS in 1, 2, or 4 installments. Payment plans are as follows:
- 1 payment made in July
- 2 payments made in July, November
- 4 payments made in July, September, November, and February
Families wishing to make extended payments must first contact the SCA Business Office.
Withdrawal Policy
For a student withdrawal, the following tuition obligation applies:

When you refer a friend, both of you will benefit! Just tell your friend to let us know that you referred them to St. Catherine. Once they enroll, they’ll receive $100 off tuition, and you’ll receive a $100* tuition credit!
*Referral discount honored in the case of new, unenrolled students. If a family recommends (2) students from (2) different families, they will receive the benefit of 2 referrals because they referred 2 different families. But if you refer (2) students from (1) family, then they receive the benefit for (1) referral.

St. Catherine of Siena Academy utilizes FACTS online tuition management system to collect tuition and fees. Your tuition deposit can be paid by either ACH (electronic check) or credit card when registering through FACTS.
