Lunch Account
- St. Cate’s Kitchen is cashless.
- Students are issued a four-digit pin (found on their student id) that links to their lunch account.
- Parents create a Wordware lunch account by logging into their Parent PowerSchool account. (See initial setup instructions)
- After initial set-up, the Wordware lunch account can be accessed through your Parent PowerSchool account.
- All lunch balances and transactions can be found in the Parent PowerSchool account, under Lunch (the knife & fork image)
- Please keep a positive balance in the lunch account. Check the lunch balance often and make payments as necessary. As a lunch balance drops, parents will receive a notice via text to add more money to the lunch account. We recommend you set an automatic refill amount in Wordware/Edutrak.
- If a student makes a purchase and the account drops below zero during the transaction, a one-time override will be issued.
- All students with a negative lunch balance will not be able to charge lunch.
- At the end of the month, any lunch balance overdrawn by $30.00 or more, will be sent to the business office to be posted to your family FACTs account as an incidental charge.
- Lunch deposits will be refunded upon a student’s final departure from SCA.
